The work “command control” visualizes data management during a Formula One race. The enormous amount of data sent from the car and the driver during the race has to be processed in a few seconds. Reverse lots of information are retransmitted back to the car. The speed of data processing impacts on the strategy and performance of the team. “command control” shows how intimately the human part, the driver himself, is connected to the machine and the information grid controlling it.
